Witch balls have long been associated with protection of the home and have been around for centuries.

Where do I hang my witch ball?
- Most eastern window in the home. The more towards east, the better.
- Inside or outside entrances into the home (inside preferred, but outside is fine too!).
- Front/back porch near doors/windows.
- Some like to hang them on the trees on their property (the weather could damage/ruin your witch ball), keep these out of direct sunlight.
- Corner(s) of a room or at the entrance of the bedroom doorway.

what's in it
- MOSS: to entice spirits and entities into the witch ball to entangle them inside, preventing them from escaping *(you choose the type & color!)
- HERBS: associated with protecting the home, as well as bring protection, peace, tranquility, blessings, and happiness. herbs will vary, but will always be associated these aspects.
- CRYSTALS: clear quartz, selenite (satin spar,) & black tourmaline
- INTENTION: these witch balls are specifically made with the intentions of protecting your space and your home and to manifest tranquility, peace, and happiness.

Will trapped spirits/entities/energy be free if the ball is broken?
These energies are forever entangled in the moss, so even if the ball breaks, those energies aren't able to escape the moss. Simply bury the contents of your broken witch ball, preferably away from the home. Don't forget to give thanks for the protection!
